Hungry is the De-buff that is acquired when a player has let their characters Fullness level fall to zero. This is displayed as a small knife and fork icon just above the main player statistic bars at the bottom left of the screen. Hungry will reduce a players Wellness at the rate of 0.1 points every 30 second for a duration of 20 minutes. If the player has not satisfied their characters hunger within this time, Hungry will progress into the Starving De-Buff.
It is possible to negate the effects of this De-buff by eating any item of food. However, the quality and quantity of food consumed is relative to the amount of Fullness a player will gain from consuming it and the length of time before their character becomes hungry again.
