As always, CBSM is broken, the developer doesn't answer emails, doesn't fix it, or doesn't tell us why he isn't fixing it. Its always silence or excuses. I stopped our auto-pay last month, should have a long time ago. There is no excuse for this level of poor customer service and product support - especially considering that he is being paid for it.
Anyone have experience with botman? Is it difficult to set up? Have similar features?
