Any idea how long it takes to get issues with the licese resolved?
Paid to renew our license a few days back, before it expired.
it has now expired and we are running a free license, this is having a huge effect on our server, multiple emails/tickets to support and only 1 response saying they would activate the license for us and look into the issue, the following day, still on free licesne and no further contact from 'support'
any help at all? or could anyone recomend a server manager to replace this one?
