If there are no support staff online, live chat will be unavailable - and will not be present on your website. It will reappear as soon as a support staff members goes online.
Can customers provide feedback based on the support they receive?
Yes, and they can leave comments. You can view feedback as a whole, or individually. Each staff member has their own feedback track record, allowing you to see high performing staff members.
Can I add multiple users to help me manage and chat with my visitors?
Yes, you can create an unlimited number of chat support members to help you provide live chat support to your website's visitors.
Can I create a new chat profile for each section of my website?
Yes, you can have unlimited number of different chat profiles. Each profile can have their own list of chat support members.
Can I sort my chat support members?
Yes, you can group up each staff member based on their (custom) department or title.
Can I assign conversations to another support member?
Yes, but the other support member does need to be online.
